We’ll begin with Molly guiding you through a 60-minute slow, mindful yoga flow to invite you to arrive fully into your body and the space. Through this flow, we’ll quiet your mental chatter and create the perfect conditions for what comes next.
From savasana, we’ll seamlessly transition into a 30-minute hypnotherapy session guided by Sabrina. This is a deeply restorative practice that taps directly into your subconscious mind to release limiting beliefs, stress, or anything else you’ve been carrying.
No experience necessary. Just bring yourself, an open mind, and anything else that will help you rest comfortably for the full 30-minute session.
