HypnoFlow - Presented by Rise Collective
Step away from the noise & drop into something deeper. This 90 minute workshop weaves together two powerful healing modalities for an experience that works on every level: body, mind, and subconscious. Whether you’re new to yoga, hypnotherapy, or both, this session is carefully designed to meet you exactly where you are.
We’ll begin with Molly guiding you through a 60-minute slow, mindful yoga flow to invite you to arrive fully into your body and the space. Through this flow, we’ll quiet your mental chatter and create the perfect conditions for what comes next.
From savasana, we’ll seamlessly transition into a 30-minute hypnotherapy session guided by Sabrina. This is a deeply restorative practice that taps directly into your subconscious mind to release limiting beliefs, stress, or anything else you’ve been carrying.
No experience necessary. Just bring yourself, an open mind, and anything else that will help you rest comfortably for the full 30-minute session.

Spring Equinox Chakra Toning & Balancing
Hosts: Hayley Babbitt & Hannah Laine
This 90-minute class, facilitated by Hayley & Hannah, will focus on connecting to and balancing our 7 major energy centers, called ‘chakras’, using movement, breath, and the healing sound of your own voice.
Chakra Toning is an ancient practice originating in Indian Tantric and yogic traditions that utilizes the vibration of one’s own voice and mantras (words or sounds repeated) to activate and balance the energy centers in the body.
We’ll begin by introducing each of the chakras and their associated emotional, physical, and etheric elements.
Hayley will then guide a brief asana (movement) flow to somatically connect to each energy center in our bodies. The flow will be gentle and accessible.
Following the asana, Hannah will lead the class in a diaphragmatic breathing practice to prepare the voice for toning.
Once settled in our breath and bodies, Hannah will guide the class through a chakra toning practice, accompanied by quartz crystal singing bowls.
To close, you will rest in savasana to soak up the benefits of the practice, bathing in the sounds of the bowls.

Join Settle Into Stillness as we celebrate 15 years of guiding Sound Journeys around the world.
Each Sound Journey is thoughtfully crafted to lead you inward and gently return you back. Resting in a comfortable, supported savasana, you’ll be immersed in a soundscape woven from handpan, didgeridoo, gongs, crystal singing bowls, harp, voice, world percussion, strings, and more, played with skill, intention, sensitivity, and care.
At the heart of the journey lies a spacious sound bath that helps you arrive, explore, and integrate. Together, we create a space where you can listen more deeply, reconnect with your inner awareness, and trust your own inner compass.
