Clarity Breathwork is a powerful method of healing and transformation that helps to activate the subconscious mind to bring forth awareness and insights that are not easily accessed through traditional forms of therapy. While every breathwork journey is unique, many people say it’s a natural way to safely reconnect to oneself, accessing expanded states of consciousness and clarity about one’s path and life purpose. Clarity Breathwork helps you to remember and reflect internally, which can be deeply supportive in shifting your relationships and experiences externally.

On Saturday, April 27th we’ll gather in the safe haven of Wildflower Yoga Studio for an evening of somatic movement, reflective writing, and a full hour of guided Clarity Breathwork by trained Clarity Breathwork practitioner, Amy Hosford. There will be time for personal sharing and integration near the end of our session together.

Everyone is welcome and no experience with breathwork, meditation, or yoga is required to benefit from this experience. Please bring a yoga mat and water, and wear layered clothing as you may experience both warm and cool temperature changes from your movement and breathwork.

This hatha inspired flow is an opportunity to go deeper within yourself for a full 120 minutes on this evening.

The physical practice of yoga can offer incredible transformation, and yet, it also inspires many to willfully reach for change and growth at the expense of deeper connection, alignment and balance. The tendency to enter a quick flow, or peak postures well before the mind and body have truly yoked together often has us merely scratching the surface of ourselves and what the practice of yoga can truly bring to our lives; mentally, emotionally and physically.
This two hour flow is intended to help you settle into a very receptive, quiet mental state, enter into your breath and body deeply and enjoy a safe, rejuvenating and awakening practice.

Didgeridoo Sound Therapy & South Bath

Award winning Australian musicians and sound healers: Peter D. Harper and Bobbi Llewellyn- Harper present a workshop on the ancient Australian Aboriginal wind instrument called the “Didgeridoo” (Yidaki / Mako). The Husband and wife team will discuss the many types of didgeridoos available, how they are made, played and their use in Indigenous ceremonies and healing. Didgeridoo sound healing therapy is a profound form of vibrational healing. The sonic vibrations release physical pain, grief, loss, stress and emotional blockages. Tune into your truth and become your sound. Peter and Bobbi use didgeridoo sound vibration, color cards and vocal intonations to focus on each participant exploring the 7 chakras or 7 planet energy centers. The sound healing works on each individual person with the didgeridoo clearing dark / grey frequencies in problem areas.

After a short intermission, a sound bath presentation will follow. A sound bath with the Didgeridoo is a powerful and uplifting meditational experience. A sound bath session can expose emotions that need to be cleared The Didgeridoo has been used for thousands of years to help the Aboriginal people of Australia to find their way across the land as they literally sing manifestation into existence. Everything is frequency and so when they tune into the frequency of the land, they manifest what they need. Therefore the Didgeridoo shows us who we really are and what is our truth. The low frequency range alters our brainwaves to a state of deep relaxation through what is known as brainwave entrainment. The sound can be felt and heard and works on all levels to bring you back to a state of what is natural. Peter and Bobbi also incorporate Australian indigenous message sticks, vocal intonations, Navajo – The Dine' traditional drum, singing bowls and keyboard drones. Peter and Bobbi have presented their workshops worldwide in the USA, Canada, Australia, Europe and China.

Lunar New Year Yin

Come celebrate the Lunar New Year with a special Yin Class and celebrate 2024 - Year of the Dragon!

Did you know that Yin yoga is based on ancient Chinese Taoist traditions? Taoist Yin Yoga combines ancient Indian yoga philosophies with Chinese Traditional Medicine that consists of longer held poses to work deeply into the connective tissues and the Body Meridians.
