Join Jane & Jenn to help with the transition from summer to fall. It is a time to clear the internal heat of summer that the body has retained, so that we’re aligning the internal microcosm with the external seasonal macrocosm.
As we transition to fall, we need to build the vital essences that will carry us through the drying and cooling transition from fall to winter, which, if left unsupported to can lead to:
✖️ arthritic changes to joints
✖️ trouble falling and staying asleep
✖️ increased fear, worry, and anxious mind
✖️ gas and bloat
✖️ constipation
✖️ memory issues
✖️ nervous system dysregulation
We will explore practices vital to support the transition!
