This hour and a half, Friday evening class offers you a once-a-month option to deepen your practice from the regular 60-minute format.
The extended centering to begin helps you settle into a receptive, focused mental state, enter your breath and body deeply, and learn to process emotions that live under the surface of your conscious awareness.
The pace, instruction, and demonstration allow for a safe, accessible, and rejuvenating practice.

- Extended centering, meditation, and breathwork
- Gentle to moderate flow of breath-imbued movement
- Extended cool down of strength-building and unwinding floor postures
- Chakra meditation and deep relaxation/savasana
