6-7pm: Virtual Soulful Flow w. Jane
This class is about using yoga as a tool to reconnect to the body, the mind, and energetically. You will be guided through a slow flow hatha practice to recalibrate and balance your energy through movement, breath, and awareness.
Tuesday, 11.24.20
6-7pm Virtual Vinyasa & Breath Work Flow w. Alyssa
7:30-8:30pm Virtual Yin w. Hannah
An all levels class where passive, often propped poses, are held for three to five minutes at a time. This promotes softening of the connective tissue, increased flexibility, mobility and circulation, and release of energy blockages. It is highly encouraged to incorporate a blanket, a bolster, and two blocks.

6-7pm Virtual All Levels Vinyasa w. Brittany
A flowing sequence of asanas (poses) coordinated with breath. This class is suitable for beginners and for the seasoned practitioner!
Friday, 11.27.20
11am-12pm: Virtual Slow Flow w. Elizabeth
Slow down and connect movement with the breath as we flow through a series of poses to nourish the body, mind, and heart. A blanket, bolster, and block are options you may welcome for this practice.
4:15-5:15pm Virtual Release the Week w. Sarah
A space for you to let go of any stress, anxiety, chaos, or any other low vibrating energy that’s built up in your mind & body throughout the week. In this class you’ll connect breath with movement to create a powerful and energetic release so that you can enter your weekend feeling light & refreshed!

Align mind, body, and spirit. Warming the body with sun salutations moving into a mindful flow promoting strength and focus within connecting to your authentic Self.
10:30-11:30am Virtual Wild & Free Power Flow w. Lauren
Where you’ll find strength in stillness, and mindfulness in your movement. In this movement offering, you should feel comfortable with proper alignment in your practice and be confident to find freedom on your mat.

This science-based practice includes movement and breathwork to nourish the nervous system. Suitable for all levels, this class is great for beginners and practiced yogis alike.
7:30-8:30pm Virtual Restorative Yoga w. Joyce
Relaxing and balancing for your Mind, Body & Spirit. It is a quiet yoga that focuses on noticing your breath, getting into a totally supported pose, finding stillness and then letting peace, calmness, and healing naturally occur. It is highly encouraged to incorporate a blanket, a bolster, and two blocks.
